Synopsis

Rasoul, a printing press worker, takes night classes on the advice of his friend Sadeq. One night, he finds a diary of a girl named Asal in which she writes that her parents have died and that she lives with her stepmother and is planning to commit suicide due to her stepmother's indifference.

Rasoul gives the diary to Sadeq. Sadeq writes letters that reach Asal in Rasoul's name and through him, giving Asal hope for life. The letter-writing continues until Rasoul and Asal meet and...
