Shahram Assadi Gharagoz (born 1953) is an Iranian director and screenwriter.
Assadi graduated with an associate degree from the High School of Television and Cinema in 1975 and a master's degree in cinema from the University of California, Los Angeles.
He has worked with the National Geographic Society and the NBC television network. After living in the United States for several years, he returned to Iran in 1988.
Assadi began his film career in 1991 by directing and writing the film "Avinar".
