Mehdi Jourak, born Fereydoun Zhorak (May 21, 1944 in Tehran), is an Iranian director, screenwriter, film producer, editor, cinematographer, and actor.

He is the husband of Iranian singer and actor Marjan, and also the niece of Ahmad Ghadkchian.

Jourak is known for movies such as Silent Cry, Takye bar baad (1978) and Shahr-ashoob (1969).
