Saeed Asadi (31. maj 1953, Teheran, Iran)
Born in Tehran in 1953. After his graduation in cinema, he began to teach filmmaking in Sweden and finally directed his debut feature, The Mirage in 1984.
He then wrote , produced and directed several short and medium-length documentaries.
The Lost Love is the first picture he directed in Iran.
Short Films: Morocco, the Captured Paradise, Massacre in Silence , The Will.
Feature Films: 1984- The Mirage 1991- Ibero Dries Up (Screened in Sweden under the title The Waves) 1998- The Lost Love.
