Ahmad Reza Mo'tamedi (1961, Tehran, Iran)
Ahmad Reza Mo'tamedi (Iran, 1961) is a graduate of Western philosophy and Philosophy of Art.
A member of IRIB Faculty Board and an essayist in theoretical debates on art and aesthetics, he began his career in the realm of books and the press.
Working on philosophical cinema in TV programs, he has been also active as a screenwriter in Iranian films.
His third venture as a filmmaker, The Insane Flew Away, was the winner of top award in the 21st Fajr International Film Festival.
