Mohammad Hamzei (September 21, 1980, Arak, Iran)
Mohammad Hamzaei (born September 21, 1980 in Markazi) is an Iranian director and actor. He has a bachelor's degree in dramatic arts.
He started his professional career in cinema as a assistance director and has contributed in more than thirty different movies and TV series with filmmakers such as Iraj Karimi, Farzad Motaman, Mohammad Hossein Latifi, Hojjat Ghasemzadeh Asl, Alireza Amini, Saeed Ebrahimifar.
Hamzei has directed more than twenty short, semi-feature and television films and has received numerous awards from domestic festivals such as Tehran Short Film, Nahal, Yas and Razavi.
In 2016, he made his first featute debut Azar (film) starring Nikki Karimi and Houman Seyyedi in major roles.
