Seyyed Mansoor Qebleh Tehrani was born on March 21, 1948 in Bandar Shah. He wrote and performed his first play in elementary school.

Film Monthly wrote about him in its second issue: “Mansoor Tehrani is known more as a songwriter than a filmmaker. He started his career in cinema by making short films, and one of his short films won an award at the Iranian Sepas Festival. From Screaming to Assassination is Mansoor Tehrani’s first feature film.”
