Elnaz Shakerdoost _{(June 28, 1984, Tehran,Iran)}

Elnaz Shakerdoost is an Iranian actress, who has gained success inside Iran.

Elnaz Shakerdoost was born in Tehran. In elementary school, she became interested in acting and later received a degree in Theater from Tehran University Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture.

She is studying at architectural university, and her major is in theater. She also likes soccer.

When Kiumars Pourahmad was looking for a female lead for his “Ice Flower” (Gole Yakh) , he met Shakerdoost and immediately cast her in his film

In the space of one year, Shakerdoost appeared in five films taking on diverse roles.

Her acting skills in “Who Killed Amir?” and “Singles” saw her nominated for two Iran Cinema Celebration Awards.

Her portrayal of a working class girl in “Unfaithful” is considered one of her best acting to date.

She has played in 5 films in less than a year in 2004, and was nominated for the Crystal Simorghe in 2007.
