Seyedeh Laden Tabatabaei (born on April 29, 1970 in Tehran) is an Iranian film, television and theater actress.
She was born on April 29, 1970 in Tehran, graduated in Theatre Acting from the School of Fine Arts of Tehran University.
She began her acting career in university with performance in students play. Ladan was first interested in studying the arts of puppetry, but then her interest changed in favor of performing and acting.
While still a college student, she succeeded to win the best actress award from Iranian "Fajr International Theater Festival" for her performance in "Sorena, Luck's Mother" in 1994.
She finished her university studies in 1995, and in the same year she worked as an actress in "Saye be Saye" by Ali Zhekan.
On September 7, 2012, Laden Tabatabaei announced on Haft tv program that she plans to say goodbye to cinema and television.
She immigrated to the United States of America with her daughter in 2015. She now lives in California.
