Masood Raigan (? February 1951, Khorramabad, Lorestan, Iran)
Masood Raigan started acting when he was a child, and acted in various movies and TV productions in his 20’s.
He graduated in Theater Directing from the Art University of Tehran; he also studied in the Swedish Film Institute.
Living in Sweden, He starred in some TV series and cooperated with some art centers including International College, National Theater and Euro board Theater.
In 2001, He was invited to Iran to act in “The Silence of the Sea”. The next invitation lead to his acclaimed performance in “So Close, So Far Away”, which got him nominated for the Crystal Symorgh at the Fajr International Film Festival.
