Synopsis
Payman is a young man who has only ten days left in order to return to the U.S. to renew his green card but he can’t exit the country because of marital problems with his wife Leila.
Leila wants her marriage portion which is 500 gold coins. Payman has to pay the equivalent for that in order to be able to leave the country.
In “Over There” Kahani describes ten days in the lives of Payman and Leila. They are both looking for the golden happy day not realizing the same days they’re living are the golden happy days. --Mubi
