Christopher Nolan's newest blockbuster 'Oppenheimer' is a historical drama about the American physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer, who after his role in the 'Manhattan Project' became known as the father of the atomic bomb.
Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning book 'American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer', the film follows Oppenheimer as he builds the atomic bomb during WWII and later confronts the moral consequences of building a weapon of mass destruction.
