Mehran Ahmadi (February 28, 1974, Tehran, Iran)
Mehran Ahmadi (born February 28, 1974 in Tehran) is an Iranian actor, director and assistant director.
At the 31st Fajr Film Festival in 2012, he was nominated for the Crystal Simorgh for Best Leading Actor in The Bright Day (Rooze Roshan).
Mehran Ahmadi migrated to Neishabur as a child and returned to his hometown Tehran as a teenager.
He entered Azad University in 1994 and graduated in theater and acting. He started his film career in 2005 by acting in the movie "Adam (Human)" directed by Abdolreza Kahani.
He has also been in several films as a scheduler, assistant director and production manager.
Ahmadi's serious acting was remarkable in films such as A Respectable Family, Hatred (Boghz) and Mahi.
In 2013, he played the role of Shakib in the TV series Avaiye Baran. Also, he played the role of Fariba in season 2, 3 and 6 of the Payetakht series.
Ahmadi directed his first feature film Mosadereh (Confiscation) in 2016.
