The residents of a village are divided into two groups, upper and lower (Heidari and Nemati). The leader of the Nematis sells his salt mine to the village owner, who incites enmity and resentment between the two groups, and buys a used bus to travel with.
The arrival of the bus in the village slows down the work of the carriage drivers of the Heidaris and the differences increase. In the meantime, the village owner persuades the leader of Heidari to sell his mill to him and buy a bus.
The suction increases more and more. The mediations and advices of the village teacher and the white bearded man do not work. The lack of passengers and the lack of work cause Nemat Khan's bus installments to fall behind, and when the bus sellers try to confiscate the used bus, Nemat Khan goes to the village owner with a stick and asks for his salt...
