Synopsis

Can a basic Iranian citizen, an atheist moreover, dialogue freely with the Mullahs? "Iranian" tries to answer this simple question by proposing a device of formidable efficiency.

An atheist himself, Iranian director Mehran Tamadon convinces four mullahs to come stay with him and engage in a group conversation that spans over two days.

Within such confined space, they discuss the challenges of coexisting in today’s world and how to respect each other’s belief.
