Denmark, 1961. Bjørn, a middle-class boy in his early teens, wants to be accepted by Steen, a bullying peer of his with wealthy but freezingly cold parents.
A youth film set in a Copenhagen suburb around 1960. The main characters are three fifteen-year-old boys, Bjørn, Mulle and Steen. Steen is the leader boy and lures the others into crime, but is himself a tragic case of horrific loveless family relationships. At one point, Bjørn and Mulle rebel against him, and it turns out very violent.
