Synopsis

Ghazarian jewelry-shop is robbed by the six- fingered inspector. A set of jewelry, belonging to Master Mozafar's daughter-in-low,is among the jewels.

Master Mozafar, who used to be the governor of the city of Kerman asks the Head of the Police Department in Tehran to , locate the missing jewels. All of the pieces of jewelry are finally found,expect for a necklace.

The corrupt inspector, whose position has become shaky,retreats to Mashad. He asserts pressure on Reza Khoshnevis, the famous calligrapher, to hand over his wealth to him. It is then that Reza recounts the story of his life under torture.
