Jahangir Forouhar (1916 - November 6, 1997)
Jahangir Forouhar (1916 - November 6, 1997) was an Iranian actor, and the father of Iranian entertainer, actor and singer Leila Forouhar.
He was born in Esfahan, Iran in 1916. He started playing in theater at the age of eighteen and in cinema at the age of 50 with the film "Solomon's Treasure" directed by Aziz Rafie in 1966.
In 1991 he was awarded the Appreciation Prize for his supporting role in "The Secluded home" from the Fajr Film Festival.
