Farrokh Sajedi was born 1942 in Tehran. He was an Iranian actor and producer, known for movies such as Come stranger (1968), Emshab Dokhtari Mimirad (1969), Panjereh (1970) and Pashne tala (1975).

Sajedi graduated from H.I.M.'s acting academy in West Berlin. He started his film career as an actor in 1967 with "Satan's Temptation".

Sajidi also acted in films such as "Bigane biya" directed by Masoud Kimiai and "Panjereh" directed by Jalal Moghadam.

Farrokh Sajedi died on 18 February 2019 at the age of 76.

Taghi Mokhtar, writer and art critic, theater and cinema director and actor, tells about Farrokh Sajedi's artistic activities from the beginning: "Sajedi was one of those artists in Iranian cinema who physically and in terms of his way of thinking and his class position was a little different from other actors. He was the son of a top officer and came from a high class family. He was supposed to leave the country for Germany at the age of 17 or 18 and to study architecture. But in the very first year of his stay in Germany, he participated in the Berlin Film Festival and realized how much respect is given to artists, and he realized the glory of this work right there, and then instead of architecture and building skyscrapers, he went for acting training. Returning to Iran, he became the director of the 25 Shahrivar theater, or the theater known as "Sangalaj" before entering the cinema."
