Parviz Bahador (1932, Iran)
Born in 1932, Parviz Bahador was an Iranian veteran actor and voice-actor.
Parviz Bahador is known for appearing as an actor in films Bon Bast (1977), Dokhtare hamsayeh (1961) and Shab-kolah-e sheytan (1960).
He joined the National Iranian Radio at the age of 17. He began his professional career as a voice-actor under the guidance of Zhaleh Olov in 1956.
Parviz Bahador managed his dubbing activities at Shahin Film, Plaza, Shahab, and Damavand studios, as well as National Iranian Television.
Viva Zapata!, Rope, Ben-Hur, Doctor Zhivago, Bonnie and Clyde, Waterloo, and Lawrence of Arabia are among the films in which he has voiced.
One of his most memorable works was as a presenter for the "Johnny Dollar" radio show which was broadcast on Iranian National Radio in the 1940s and 1950s.
Last Media Appearance
In 2013, he was a guest on the program Ofogh, hosted by Siamak Dehghanpour, along with Ahmad Baharlou and Fereydoun Farah-Andooz, in which he spoke about his memories and experiences in the field of dubbing and radio.
This artist left a lasting impression on the Iranian dubbing and voice acting industry with his valuable activities.
Parviz Bahador passed away after a period of illness in the United States at the age of 94.
