Synopsis
Mirza Abdollah - a stingy and mean old man - has made life difficult for his family. His young son Fereydoon is in love with Farideh, the girl next door, and has arranged to marry her.
Mirza Abdollah is unwilling to take his son under his wing, and the father decides to marry Farideh and let his daughter to marry an old merchant; but the girl is engaged to be married to an educated young man ..
